I bought a Triumph Tiger 900. The transaction ws very smooth. No high pressure sales tactics. I took it in for the first service and also had no issues. Overall my experrence with CTX has been very pleasent and I would not think twice about buying from them again.

Rich, one the mechanics is a Killer Ducati expert. He has always answered any & all questions my son has had, but most important our bikes always ride phenomenal afterwards.

Rick in sales has always made my son feel welcome. He also, answers any & all questions. He takes an interest in his customers, listens to them and not like other dealerships just trying to make a sale no matter what. He took the time showing & ALLOWING my son to test ride numerous models over a 6 months period thats right 6 months and not once trying to force or pressure a sale. That gave my son the freedom & time to make sure he was confident exactly which bike he preferred. That gave us the confidence to pull the trigger on purchasing him his DREAM bike the 2020 Ducati Diavel 1260 S.

Last but not least the owner Jamie had made this transaction happen. In order to make this purchase I had to sell or trade in my sons bike. When it seemed like we would have needed to wait, Jamie stepped in & made this trade possible. Most owners always stay behind the scenes, but this owner is always present & aware of the customers needs.
